摘要
在中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程中,学位与研究生教育为我国国民经济建设和社会发展提供高层次人才支撑和智力支持。党的十八大以来,我国学位与研究生教育确立了“立德树人、服务需求、提高质量、追求卓越”的工作主线。教育主管部门研究制定了一系列政策文件,指引和推进学位与研究生教育快速发展、高质量发展,在立德树人、服务需求、提高质量、“双一流”建设等方面取得了令人瞩目的成就,为稳步迈向研究生教育强国打下了坚实基础。
In the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,academic degree and postgraduate education provides high-level professionals and intellectual support for the national economic and social development.China has implemented a guiding principle of"fostering virtue through education,serving the need of the society,improving quality,and pursuing excellence"established since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In addition,the competent department of education has formulated a slew of policies and issued many documents to guide and promote the academic degree and postgraduate education to develop rapidly in a high quality manner.The result shows remarkable achievements in moral education,demand-oriented service,quality improvement and double first-class construction,laying a solid foundation for China to move steadily towards the goal of a powerful country in postgraduate education.
