摘要
                
                    对9所高校煤炭主体专业女研究生进行的问卷与访谈结果显示,煤炭主体专业女研究生在行业下行的大背景下心理压力较大,主要表现在学业压力显著、多重角色冲突、求职就业困难、身心常感不适等方面。运用社会性别理论分析,认为问题的主要原因是煤炭行业刻板的性别偏见、特色专业教育中性别视角的缺失、女研究生自身性别角色的迷茫等,并据此提出了相应的心理调适策略。
                
                According to questionnaire and interview results of female graduate students majoring in coal mines in nine universities,female graduate students majoring in coal mines are under great psychological pressure in the context of the downward trend of the industry.It is mainly reflected in such aspects as significant academic pressure,multiple role conflict,difficulty in job-hunting,and physical and mental discomfort.Based on gender theory,the main causes of the problem are the rigid gender bias in the coal industry,the lack of gender perspective in specialty education,and the confusion of female graduate students’ gender roles.Accordingly,the article puts forward corresponding psychological adjustment strategies.
