摘要
目的:分析2021年常德市食品检验所抽取的食品的安全状况。方法:研究2021年公布发表的食品监督抽查数据,对部分具有代表性的不合格食品的数据进行分析。抽检食品2911批次,共26大类,其中不合格食品有11大类。结果:抽检食品的主要不合格项目有食用农产品(果蔬)毒死蜱、氧乐果超标;食用农产品(果蔬)镉(以Cd计)超标;餐饮食品(餐饮具)大肠菌群、阴离子合成洗涤剂不合格;调味品(香辛料)二氧化硫残留量、铅(以Pb计)超标;饮料(包装饮用水)亚硝酸盐(以NO2-计)超标;薯类和膨化食品(薯类食品)菌落数量超标;酒类(白酒)甜蜜素、酒精度、总酯不合格。结论:建议监管部门健全管理规范、加大宣传教育促使企业建立食品安全可追溯制度和提高企业食品的安全意识及社会责任意识。
Objective:To analyze the safety status of the foods sampled by Changde Food Inspection Institute in 2021.Method:Study the food supervision and spot check data published in 2021,and analyze the data of some representative unqualified foods.A total of 2911 batches of foods were sampled,including 26 categories,among which 11 categories were unqualifiedsamples.Result:The main unqualified items of sampled food were poisoning of edible agricultural products(fruits and vegetables)and exceeding the standard of chlorpyrifos and Omethoate;cadmium(calculated as Cd)in edible agricultural products(fruits and vegetables)exceeds the standard;coliform bacteria and anionic synthetic detergent were detected in catering food(tableware);the sulfur dioxide residue and lead(calculated by Pb)of condiments(spices)exceed the standard;beverages(packaged drinking water)nitrite(NO2-)exceeding the standard;the number of colonies of potato and puffed food(potato food)exceeds the standard;liquor(Baijiu):the content of cyclamate,alcohol and total ester are unqualified.Conclusion:It is suggested that the regulatory authorities should improve the management standards,increase publicity and education,urge enterprises to establish food safety traceability system and improve the food safety awareness and social responsibility awareness of enterprises.
