摘要
目的:分析2021年上海市食品安全监督抽检整体情况,总结抽检发现的主要食品安全问题。方法:下载并汇总2021年度上海市市场监督管理局累计发布的49期食品安全监督抽检的数据和结果,并对不合格食品类别和检验项目进行统计分析。结果:2021年上海市市场监督管理局共组织抽检26172批次食品,发现不合格食品145批次,整体合格率99.45%。抽检发现的主要不合格项目类别是污染物、微生物、农药残留、兽药残留、质量指标和食品添加剂超标等。抽检食品大类共33个,其中合格率相对偏低的是薯类和膨化食品、食用农产品、食糖、饼干和炒货食品及坚果制品。不合格食品大类共17个,不合格批次相对较多的是食用农产品、肉制品、糕点、饮料、薯类和膨化食品、饼干、炒货食品及坚果制品和餐饮食品。结论:2021年度上海市食品安全整体合格率较高,但也存在污染物、微生物、农药残留、兽药残留、质量指标和食品添加剂超标等食品安全问题。
Objective:Analyze the overall situation of food safety supervision and sampling inspection in Shanghai in 2021,summarize the main food safety problems found in sampling inspection.Method:Download and summarize the data and results of 49 phases of food safety supervision and sampling inspection issued by Shanghai Market Supervision Administration in 2021,and make statistical analysis on the categories and inspection items of unqualified food.Result:In 2021,Shanghai Market Supervision Administration organized a total of 26172 batches of food to be sampled,and 145 batches of unqualified food were found,with an overall pass rate of 99.45%.The main unqualified items found in sampling inspection are pollutants,microorganisms,pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues,quality indicators and food additives exceeding the standard,etc.A total of 33 food categories were sampled,of which potato and puffed food,edible agricultural products,sugar,biscuits,fried food and nut products had a relatively low pass rate.There are 17 categories of substandard food,and the relatively large number of substandard batches are edible agricultural products,meat products,pastries,beverages,potato and puffed food,biscuits,fried food,nut products and catering food.Conclusion:In 2021,the overall qualified rate of food safety in Shanghai was high,but there were also food safety problems such as pollutants,microorganisms,pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues,quality indicators and food additives exceeding the standard.
