摘要
目的:探讨子宫背带式缝合联合宫腔内水囊填塞对产后出血患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年4月贵州省六盘水市人民医院收治的60例产后出血产妇作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施宫腔内水囊填塞治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施子宫背带式缝合术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组出血量少于对照组,手术时间、填塞物滞留时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评定量表各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫背带式缝合联合宫腔内水囊填塞治疗能够缓解产妇产后出血情况,减少出血量,提高治疗效果,并降低并发症发生率,具有应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of uterine strap suture combined with intrauterine water sac tamponade in patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: From March 2020 to April 2021, 60 women with postpartum hemorrhage who were admitted to Liupanshui People’s Hospital in Guizhou Province were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given intrauterine water sac tamponade, and the observation group was given uterine strap suture on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the operation time and tamponade retention time were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of the quality of life assessment scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Uterine strap suture combined with intrauterine water sac tamponade can relieve postpartum hemorrhage, reduce the amount of bleeding,improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of complications, which has practical value.
