摘要
目的分析微信平台配合格林模式行连续康复护理对髋部骨折患者关节功能和生活自理能力的影响.方法选取本院2019年7月—2020年12月收治的96例髋部骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例.对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合微信平台配合格林模式的连续康复护理.比较两组患者护理前后的Harris髋关节功能(HHS)评分、生活自理能力量表(ADL)评分、生活质量评定量表(SF-36)评分.结果护理前,两组的HHS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的HHS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的HHS评分(81.52±9.46)分显著高于对照组的(73.10±12.26)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组的ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的ADL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的ADL评分(73.29±7.04)分显著高于对照组的(61.38±7.43)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组的SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的SF-36评分(81.38±7.52)分显著高于对照组的(72.17±8.23)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论微信平台配合格林模式行连续康复护理能够有效改善髋部骨折患者的关节功能,提高其生活自理能力和生活质量.
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing on the joint function and self-care ability of patients with hip fracture on the WeChat platform combined with Green mode.Methods A total of 96 patients with hip fractures admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received continuous rehabilitation nursing based on the WeChat platform combined with the Green model on the basis of the control group.Harris hip function(HHS)score,self-care ability scale(ADL)score,and quality of life scale(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in HHS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the HHS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the HHS score of the observation group(81.52±9.46)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.10±12.26)points,the differences between the groups werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the ADL score of the observation group(73.29±7.04)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.38±7.43)points,the differences between the groups werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the SF-36 scores of the observation group(81.38±7.52)points were significantly higher than those of the control group(72.17±8.23)points,and the differences between the groups werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat platform combined with Green mode continuous rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the joint function of patients with hip fracture,improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
