摘要 针对铁路轨道建造过程中存在的专业间协同设计困难、建造质量和进度管控难度大等问题,结合黄冈—黄梅高速铁路项目轨道建造重难点,对基于BIM的CRTS双块式无砟轨道智能建造主要内容进行阐述。基于该项目开展全线轨道BIM正向设计,形成轨道施工数字化交付成果;打通BIM成果与现场施工信息化装备之间的接口,通过多层分级铺设调控技术指导轨道智能建造;建立轨道BIM建造管控平台,智能分析现场实测数据,实现建造过程的高精度管控。实践表明,该研究成果可提高CRTS双块式无砟轨道结构建模效率和设计质量,实现现场施工指导、数字资产管理,促进建设、设计、施工、监理等单位的高效沟通,对推动我国高速铁路轨道的数字化、信息化、智能化、智慧化发展具有重要意义。 In view of the difficulties in inter-discipline collaborative design,construction quality,and progress control in the process of railway track construction,and in combination with the key points and difficulties in track construction of the Huanggang-Huangmei High-speed Railway Project,this paper specifies the main contents of intelligent construction of CRTS double-block ballastless track based on BIM.The BIM forward design of the wholeline track is carried out based on the project to form digital deliverables of track construction.The interface between BIM achievements and on-site construction information equipment is established,and the intelligent construction of tracks is guided through multi-layer and hierarchical laying control technology.A track BIM construction management and control platform is established to intelligently analyze on-site measured data and realize high-precision management and control of the construction process.Practice shows that the research results can improve the modeling efficiency and design quality of CRTS double-block ballastless track structure,allow the on-site construction guidance and digital asset management,and make for efficient communication among units of engineering,design,construction,supervision,which is of great significance to promote the digital,information-based,intelligent,and smart development of high-speed railway track in China.
