高铁CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道施工管控平台设计及应用

摘要 针对高速铁路无砟轨道工程施工,构建无砟轨道施工管控平台,实现轨道施工全过程的数据共享、可视化模型管理及信息协同管理,并为运维提供数据接口支持。平台基于B/S架构及BIM模型轻量化技术进行研发,系统分析高铁轨道工程不同工序的数据管理需求,创建轨道工程从设计到施工全过程的标准化数据库和实体关系模型,实现对无砟轨道施工过程的组织机构、工程进度、工程质量、工点BIM轻量化模型、检验批审批等方面的实时管控,使高铁施工信息查询、分析、归档更加便捷。通过构建施工管控平台,将互联网技术与传统无砟轨道施工相融合,提出高速铁路无砟轨道设计施工信息化管理新模式,为高速铁路无砟轨道施工提供更准确、更精细的数据支持和管控手段,系统运行稳定、数据可靠,功能符合无砟轨道施工需求。在莱荣高铁进行应用,有效提升高铁轨道工程建设质量和信息化水平。 In response to the construction of ballastless track works in HSRs,this paper develops a construction control platform for the CRTS III slab ballastless track,enabling data sharing throughout the entire track construction process,visual model management,and collaborative information management,while also providing data interface support for O&M.The platform is developed based on B/S architecture and BIM lightweight technology.It systematically analyzes the data management requirements of different processes in high speed railway track works,creating a standardized database and entity relationship model for the entire process from design to construction.This allows for real-time control over various aspects of the ballastless track construction process,including organizational structure,project progress,engineering quality,lightweight BIM models for worksite,and inspection lot approvals,which makes it more convenient to inquire,analyze,and archive high speed railway construction information.By constructing the control platform,the integration of internet technology with traditional ballastless track construction is achieved.This paper proposes a new model for the information management of design and construction of ballastless tracks for high speed railway,providing more accurate and refined data support and control measures for the construction of ballastless track.The system operates stably,with reliable data,and its functions meet the requirements of ballastless track construction.It is applied in the Laixi-Rongcheng HSR to effectively enhance the construction quality and information technology level of high speed railway track works.
