摘要
采用离体器官试验法,以獭兔离体小肠平滑肌的张力、幅度和频率变化为指标,将十二指肠、空肠、回肠置于恒温平滑肌槽中,观察甘草醇提液对小肠平滑肌运动的影响。结果显示,甘草醇提液可使獭兔离体十二指肠、空肠、回肠的平滑肌自发性收缩运动减弱,张力极显著降低,收缩幅度与收缩频率极显著减小。说明甘草醇提液对獭兔离体小肠平滑肌的收缩运动有显著的抑制作用。
Using the experiment of isolated apparatus,and setting rex rabbits intestinal smooth muscle tension amplitude and frequency change as indicators,in vitro test tube and biological signal acquisition system were used.The duodenum,jejunum and ileum of rex rabbits were placed in a thermostatic ventilation McBurne bath dish containing Tai Shi fluid.To observe the effect of glycyrrhizae ethanol extraction on intestinal tract.The resulting display Glycyrrhizae ethanol extraction can weaken the spontaneous contractile movement of smooth muscle of duodenum jejunum and ileum in rex rabbits.In vitro intestinal tension was significantly reduced,the magnitude of contraction decreased significantly,contraction frequency slowed down.It shows that the treatment of glycyrrhizae ethanol extraction had a significant inhibitory effect on the smooth muscle contraction of rex rabbits isolated jejunum.
