巴楚蘑菇多糖成分对小鼠抗氧化以及免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Polysaccharide from Helvella leucopus on Antioxidation and Immune Function of Mice

摘要 为探究巴楚蘑菇中多糖成分对小鼠抗氧化及免疫功能的影响,选择60只1日龄的小鼠作为研究对象,分为对照组、少剂量组和多剂量组,进行阶段性培育喂养。在少剂量组的基础饲料中添加2 g巴楚蘑菇粉,在多剂量组的基础饲料中添加6 g巴楚蘑菇粉。研究巴楚蘑菇粉对小鼠免疫器官指数、新城疫HV抗体效应、PHA有效诱导细胞反应趾皮肤厚度和小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,服用巴楚蘑菇粉后,小鼠免疫器官肝脏、脾脏指数没有明显变化,但是胸腺法氏囊指数变化增强明显,新城疫HV抗体影响性、趾皮肤厚度明显提高,抗氧化能力大幅度增强。通过试验,推测巴楚蘑菇多糖成分有助于提高小鼠抗氧化能力,且有利于提高小鼠免疫功能。 In order to effectively explore Helvella leucopus polysaccharide on the immune function of mice antioxidant is a sport,choose only 1 day age 60 rats as the research object is divided into control group,less dosage and multi-dose group,periodically cultivating feeding,on the basis of less dosage group,2 g Helvella leucopus powder is added to the feed on the basis of multi-dose group,6 g Helvella leucopus powder is added to the feed the Helvella leucopus on the mice immune organ index,the movement effect of newcastle disease HV antibody,PHA induced cell reaction effectively toe skin thickness,the influence of the antioxidant ability of mice.The experimental results showed that the liver and spleen indexes of the immune organs of mice were not significantly changed after taking the Helvella leucopus,but the thymus bursa index was significantly changed,the HV antibody effect of Newcastle disease was significantly increased,the skin thickness of the toes was significantly increased,and the antioxidant capacity was significantly enhanced.It can be proved that the polysaccharide composition of Helvella leucopus as a whole is helpful to improve the antioxidant capacity of mice and the motor immune function of mice.
