摘要
晶闸管在恢复期遭受暂态正向电压冲击时损坏是换流阀可能出现的严重故障之一,因此有必要对换流阀恢复期暂态正向电压实验进行探讨与研究。这里在考虑晶闸管反向恢复特性的基础上,通过建立换流阀恢复期暂态正向电压模型和合成回路实验的方法,分析验证晶闸管动态参数对换流阀恢复期特性的影响,最终给出换流阀设计中对晶闸管动态参数一致性的控制要求。
The damage of thyristor when it suffered from transient forward voltage shocked in recovery period is one of the possible serious faults of converter valve,so it is necessary to discuss and study the transient forward voltage test of converter valve in recovery period.On the basis of considering the reverse recovery characteristics of thyristor,the effect of dynamic parameter of thyristor on recovery period characteristic of coverter valve is analyzed and verified by establishing the transient forward voltage model of converter valve in recovery period and the method of synthetic loop test.Finally,the consistency requirements for the thyristor dynamic parameter in the design of converter valve are given.
