摘要
逆阻型集成门极换流晶闸管(RB-IGCT)的结构特点,通过结构分析,分别从提高阻断特性、通态特性、开关特性及损耗特性方面进行了设计优化,并以仿真结果指导生产,优化工艺,研制了8 kV RB-IGCT。产品进行各项静、动态参数测试,及相关型式试验,满足基于高压直流输电的混合式换流器工程需求。
The structural characteristics of reverse blocking integrated gate commutated thyristor(RB-IGCT) is introduced.Through structural analysis,the blocking,on-state,switching and loss characteristics have been designed.Guided by simulation results,an optimized 8 kV RB-IGCT is developed.All static and dynamic parameter tests and relevant type tests of RB-IGCT are carried out.The RB-IGCT can meet the needs of hybrid line commutated converter based on high-voltage direct current transmission project.
