摘要
麻黄附子细辛汤出自《伤寒论》第301条,是治疗太少两感的代表方,常用于治疗阳虚发热,近年来不少医家通过辨证,不拘泥于发热,将麻黄附子细辛汤扩展应用到不同的方面,对不同疾病的治疗起到了良好的效果,文章旨在通过对各医家使用麻黄附子细辛汤的心得进行总结,为诊疗提供思路。
Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction comes from Article 301 of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is a representative prescription for treating the greater yang meridian and lesser yin meridian infection.It is often used to treat yang deficiency and fever.In recent years,many doctors have adopted syndrome differentiation and are not limited to fever.The application of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction has been extended to different aspects,and it has a good effect on the treatment of different diseases.This article aims to summarize the experience of various doctors using Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction and provide ideas for diagnosis and treatment.
