摘要
碳酸钙作为密封胶体系中最常用的补强填料,其类型、粒径、表面活性等均对密封胶的力学性能影响较大。本文对添加不同配比的纳米碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙的硅烷改性聚醚胶各项力学性能的变化进行探讨,主要研究了纳米碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙配比对胶体拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、拉伸模量、拉伸粘结性(最大拉伸强度)、弹性恢复率、定伸粘结以及冷拉-热压后粘结性等方面性能的影响。纳米碳酸钙与重质碳酸钙配比为6∶4时,硅烷改性聚醚胶综合性能达到最佳。
Calcium carbonate is the most commonly used reinforcing filler in the sealant system.Its type,particle size and surface activity have a great impact on the mechanical properties of the sealant.This paper discusses the mechanical property changes of silane modified polyether adhesive with different ratios of nano calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate,and studies the effects of the ratios of nano calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate on the tensile strength,elongation at break,tensile modulus,tensile adhesion(maximum tensile strength),elastic recovery,bonding strength at definite elongation and the adhesion after cold drawing and hot pressing.When the ratio of nano calcium carbonate to heavy calcium carbonate is 6∶4,the comprehensive performance of silane modified polyether adhesive is the best.
