摘要
目的探讨芜湖市泌尿系结石患者的中医体质类型特征。方法选择2020年12月-2021年7月在芜湖市中医医院确诊为泌尿系结石的60例患者的相关体质数据,统计并分析患者的体质类型。结果?芜湖市泌尿系结石患者体质类型按比例从高至低,依次为湿热质28.33%、气虚质16.67%、气郁质15%、痰湿质15%、阳虚质11.67%、血瘀质6.67%、特禀质5.00%、阴虚质1.67%。结论芜湖市地区结石易患体质大多表现为湿热型,并且各种类型的结石均可引起肾脏不同程度的积水或者合并感染,损伤肾功能,本研究为中医体质辨证基础上进行辨体性的预防及治疗泌尿系结石提供医学依据。
Objective To explore the characteristics of TCM constitution types in patients with urinary calculi in Wuhu City.Methods The related constitution data of 60 patients diagnosed with urinary calculi in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to July 2021 were selected,and their constitution types were statistically analyzed.Results The constitution types of patients with urinary calculi were statistically calculated,ranking from high to low as the damp-heat constitution (28.33%),qi-deficiency constitution (16.67%),qi-stagnation constitution (15%),phlegm-damp constitution (15%),yang-deficiency constitution (11.67%),blood stasis constitution (6.67%),inherited specific constitution (5.00%),and yin-deficiency constitution (1.67%).Conclusion In Wuhu City,the most susceptible constitution of calculi is the damp-heat type,and calculi in various constitution types can cause different degrees of hydronephrosis or combined infections in the kidney and damage the renal functions.The study is expected to provide a medical basis for the prevention and treatment of urinary calculi based on the TCM constitution differentiation.
