Objective:To discuss the principle and efficacy of Changao Huashi particles in the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods:Selection in July 2014 ~ July 2017 treated 250 cases of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in conform to the guidance of urinary calculi patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all patients with urinary tract colour to exceed, urinary intravenous urography imaging and related inspection diagnosis of urinary tract stones, and stones are selected patients comply with the guide of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy indications. Control for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and oral sodium hydrogen potassium citrate granules, the treatment group in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and oral potassium hydrogen sodium citrate particles plus oral meditation on the basis of Changao Huashi particles. Compare the effectiveness of treatment in two groups. Results: The effective rate of treatment group was 84.6%,and the recurrence rate was 5.3%. The effective rate of control group was 68.4%, the recurrenee rate was 10.6%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05 ). Conclusion:The discharge rate of Changao Huashi particles canbe improved by using the traditional extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and oral citrate of potassium hydrogen potassium.
