壮药金茶排石颗粒制备工艺研究

摘要 目的:优选壮药金茶排石颗粒提取工艺和制剂工艺。方法:以干膏率和迷迭香酸含量为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验设计考察金茶排石颗粒最佳提取工艺;通过筛选辅料、润湿剂和矫味剂种类和用量,以颗粒成型率、吸湿率为指标,开展金茶排石颗粒成型工艺研究。结果:金茶排石颗粒最佳提取工艺为全方药味,煎煮两次,第一次加水10倍量,第二次加水8倍量,每次1 h;按稠膏(以干物质计)与糊精质量比为1∶2,以85%乙醇为润湿剂,制得的颗粒大小适宜、色泽一致,成型率高。结论:本试验确定的制备工艺合理可行,可为金茶排石颗粒中试放大生产提供参考。 Objective To optimize the extraction and preparation process of Zhuang medicine Jincha Paishi granules.Methods The dry extract rate and rosmarinic acid content were used as evaluation indexes,and the water content,extraction time and extraction times were used as factors to investigate the optimal extraction procedure of Jincha Paishi granules by orthogonal design;By selecting the types and dosage of pharmaceutical excipients,wetting agents and flavoring agents,and taking the particle forming rate and moisture absorption rate as indicators,the forming process of Jincha Paishi granules was performed.Results The optimum extraction process of Jincha Paishi Granules was to decoct the whole prescription twice,add 10 times water for the first time,and 8 times water for the second time,1 hour each time.When the mass ratio of thick paste(dry matter)to dextrin is 1∶2 and 85%ethanol is used as the wetting agent,the prepared granules have appropriate size,uniform color and high molding rate.Conclusion The preparation process determined by this study is reasonable and feasible,which can provide reference for the pilot production of Jincha Paishi granules.
