摘要
目的分析飞行员腰椎椎间盘磁共振检查结果,提出腰椎相关疾病的防治对策。方法收集330例海军飞行员腰椎椎间盘磁共振成像检查结果,按年龄、飞行时间、飞行机种、体质指数进行分组,分析其腰椎间盘异常的检出情况。结果共检出腰椎间盘异常者196例(59.39%),其中排在前3位的依次是腰椎间盘退变+突出(105例)、突出(23例)、退变+膨出(20例)。腰椎间盘突出节段排在前2位的是腰5-骶1(85例)、腰4-5(82例),发生部位自上而下检出率呈升高趋势。随着年龄、飞行时间、体质指数的增加,腰椎间盘异常的检出率升高,各组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.01~52.32,P值均<0.05)。结论飞行员腰椎间盘退变+突出的检出率较高。建议飞行员控制体重、加强腰背肌锻炼,通过磁共振检查做好腰椎椎间盘异常的早期筛查工作。
Objective To put forward the prevention and treatment countermeasures by analyzing the results of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)of pilots′lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods The MRI results of lumbar intervertebral disc of 330 naval pilots were collected.Pilots were grouped by age,flying hours,aircraft type and body mass index.The detection of lumbar disc abnormalities was analyzed.Results A total of 196 cases(59.39%)of lumbar disc abnormalities were detected,in which the top 3 abnormalities were lumbar disc degeneration+protrusion(105 cases),protrusion(23 cases)and degeneration+protrusion(20 cases).Lumbar 5-Sacral 1(85 cases)and Lumbar 4-5(82 cases)were the first 2 segments of lumbar discs herniation.The detection rates showed continuously increased trend along with the occurrence site from top to bottom.With the increase of age,flying hours,and body mass index,the detection rates of lumbar discs abnormalities increased.The differences among groups were statistically significant(χ2=6.01-52.32,all P<0.05).Conclusions The detection rate of lumbar disc degeneration+protrusion is high in pilots.It is recommended that pilots should control their weight,strengthen the exercise of the lumber back muscles,and pay attention to early screening of lumbar disc abnormalities by MRI.
