高G载荷下飞行员颈椎生理曲度异常分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解高G载荷下飞行员颈椎生理曲度异常的发生情况及其影响因素,为高性能战斗机飞行员颈椎病提供早期预警。方法对兴城疗养院的375名飞行员疗养员进行颈椎DR拍片普查,并对资料整理分析。结果飞行员发生颈椎生理曲度异常总发病率为52.3%。歼击机组和强击机组颈椎生理曲度异常发病率均高于直升机组(P<0.05),歼击机组与强击机组颈椎生理曲度异常发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高性能战斗机飞行员的训练飞行与颈椎生理曲度改变有密切关联,增长较快、持续时间较长的高G载荷对于高性能战斗机飞行员颈椎生理曲度改变的发生影响突出。 Objective To understand the occurrence and influencing factors that induce abnormal cervical physiological curve in pilots under high gravity load,so as to provide early warning for cervical spondylosis in high-performance fighter pilots. Methods 375 pilot convalescents at Xingcheng sanatorium were given a general check of DR X-ray shooting at cervical vertebra,and the data were collected and analyzed. Results The total morbidity of abnormal cervical physiological curve in pilots was 52.3%.The morbidity of abnormal cervical physiological curve in the fighter group and the attack fighter group was clearly higher than that in the helicopter group( P〈0.05).The difference in the morbidity of abnormal cervical physiological curve in the fighter group and the attack fighter group was not of statistical significance(P〉0.05).Conclusion The training flight of high-performance fighter pilots is closely related to abnormal cervical physiological curve change,and rapid increase and long duration of high gravity load especially impact abnormal cervical physiological curve change for high-performance fighter pilots.
