摘要
阳痿是男性最常见的性功能障碍之一,常由外邪入侵,情志内伤,饮食不节等因素致病。基本病机分为脏腑受损,精血不足,邪气郁滞,宗筋失养不用四种。临床上有肝气郁结,湿热下注,命门火衰,心脾亏虚,惊恐伤肾几类证型。李应存教授系我国著名敦煌医学专家,敦煌医派代表人物之一,善于运用敦煌医学治疗疑难杂症。李应存教授认为此病大部分是由肾气亏虚所导致。根据敦煌医方的内容,结合临床实际总结出温阳补肾法治疗阳痿疾病,并取得良好疗效。李教授利用敦煌医方中的丈夫肾虚无子方,结合病人实际情况进行临床加减。并于心理上进行安慰与关怀,临床上解决了许多患者的疾病困扰。
Impotence is caused by invasion of external pathogens,emotional injury,improper diet and other factors.The basic pathogenesis is that the viscera is damaged,the essence and blood are insufficient,the evil Qi is stagnant,and the zongjin is not used.The syndrome types can be divided into:stagnation of liver qi,downpour of damp heat,fire failure of life gate,deficiency of heart and spleen,and kidney injury caused by panic Professor Li Yingcun thinks that most of the disease is caused by deficiency of kidney qi.According to the content of Dunhuang medical prescription,combined with clinical practice,this paper summarized the treatment of impotence by Warming Yang and tonifying kidney,and achieved good curative effect.Professor Li made use of the prescription for husband’s kidney deficiency without children in Dunhuang medical prescription,and combined with the actual situation of the patients for clinical addition and subtraction.And in psychological comfort and care,clinical solve many patients’disease trouble.
