摘要
乳腺癌作为女性常见的癌症,诊疗技术在逐年增高,远超其他癌种。乳腺癌的全身治疗已初步形成包括化疗、靶向治疗、内分泌治疗和免疫治疗在内的成熟体系。随之而来的便是治疗后的不良反应。针对乳腺癌术后化疗的不良反应,李教授认为,该病与患者术后素体虚弱和肝气失于疏泄的特殊生理状态密不可分,用药应重视舒畅肝气,条达血气,兼以益气培血,临证化裁敦煌大泻肝汤,效果显著,对于敦煌医方用于临床治疗提供参考价值。
Breast cancer is a common cancer in women.The diagnosis and treatment technology of breast cancer is increasing year by year,far exceeding other cancers.The systemic treatment of breast cancer has initially formed a mature system including chemotherapy,targeted therapy,endocrine therapy and immunotherapy.This is followed by adverse reactions after treatment.For breast cancer postoperative adverse reaction of chemotherapy,Professor Li believes that the disease with ferrite qi weakness and liver failure patients after operation on the special physiological state of the steam purging inseparable,medication should attach importance to the diseases with relaxed,replenishing qi culture.Dunhuang Daxiegan decoction has significant effect,which provide reference value for Dunhuang prescriptions used in clinical treatment.
