摘要
21世纪“海丝建设”建设是我国在世界格局发生复杂变化时主动创造合作、和平、和谐的对外合作环境的有力手段。时逢百年未有之大变局,在风险与不确定性因素频出的复杂形势下,海上丝绸之路建设应遵循“安全、发展、健康、和谐”四位一体的价值理念,建设规则之路、经济之路、文化之路、美丽之路,为海洋命运共同体构建安全、绿色、进步、和平的美丽航线。
The construction of “Maritime Silk Road” in the 21st century is a powerful means for China to actively create a cooperative,peaceful and harmonious external cooperation environment with the complicated changes of the world pattern. Under the wider context of once-in-a-century changes taking place in the world and in the complex situation of frequent risks and uncertainties, the construction of the Maritime Silk Road should follow the quaternary value idea of “security, development, health and harmony” so as to construct the road of rules, economy, culture and beauty, as well as to build a safe, green, progressive and peaceful beautiful route for the community of shared future for the sea.
