摘要
滞绿蛋白(stay-green proteins,SGR)是植物生长发育过程中叶绿素降解和器官衰老的关键因子。对大多数植物来说,滞绿突变体具有相似的绿色表型,但其滞绿的分子机制研究还停留在初级阶段。本文总结了植物中相关滞绿基因的研究现状及基本的结构和功能,并对其在马铃薯上的应用提出了展望。
Stay-green proteins(SGR)are the key factors of chlorophyll degradation and organ aging during plant growth and development.For most plants,stay-green mutants have similar green phenotypes,but the molecular mechanism of stay-green mutants is still in the preliminary stage.In this paper,we summarized the research status,basic structure and function of the stay-green related genes in plants,and prospected their application in potato.
