杉木幼苗不同叶位叶绿素含量及荧光特性差异 被引量:4

Different Characteristics of Chlorophyll Content and Chlorophyll Fluorescence in Different Leaf Positions of Chinese Fir Seedlings

摘要 以1年生杉木幼苗为材料,测定杉木不同叶位的光合色素及叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,杉木幼苗的叶绿素总含量为中部叶>下部叶>上部叶(P<0.05),但各叶位间的叶绿素a/b的值差异不大。Fo、Fm和Fv的值随着叶位的下降而减小,Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Qp各叶位间差异不显著。ΦPSⅡ随着叶位的下降而升高,NPQ的值则是上部叶>下部叶>中部叶,下部叶与中部叶的Fv'/Fm'差异不大。相关性分析发现,叶绿素与Fo、Fm呈显著负相关,但与ΦPSⅡ呈显著正相关。实验结果表明,1年生的杉木幼苗的功能叶为植株中部的叶片,底部的叶片虽已趋于衰老,但对杉木的光合作用仍有一定的贡献,初展的上部叶虽然叶绿素含量最低,却已具有较高的转化光能效率和PSⅡ潜在活性。 Taking the one year old of Chinese fir seedlings as experimental materials, we measure the photosynthetic pigment and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of seedling leaves in different positions. The results showed that the content of Chlorophyll are the middle leaves followed by the lower leaves and then the upper leaves(P 〈0.05).However, the chlorophyll values of a / b in different parts are similar. With the decreasing of the leaf position, the values of Fo, Fmand Fvreduce. But the values of Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo, Qp do not have a significant difference among different position leaves. When the leaf position decreases, the value of ΦPSⅡ increases. The value of NPQ of upper leaves is larger than that of lower leaves which is bigger than middle leaves. The result of Fv’ /Fm’ has little difference between middle and lower leaves. Related studies showed that it has a negative correlation between chlorophyll with Fo, Fvand Fm respectively, and has a positive correlation with ΦPSⅡ. The results also illustrated that, the main function leaves of one year old of Chinese fir seedlings are the middle part of plants. But the bottom leaves tend to aging, it still have a certain contribution to the photosynthesis of Chinese fir. Although the chlorophyll content of upper leaves in early development is minimum, it has a higher efficiency of light energy conversion and PS II potential activity.
