课后服务研究热点探析与经验借鉴——基于WOS期刊文献的计量分析 被引量:12

An Analysis of Hot Spots in After-School Service Researches and Its Implications——Based on Bibliometrics of WOS Periodical Literature

摘要 课后服务近年来受到广泛关注,最初是为了解决“3点半问题”,然而时代的发展赋予了课后服务新的内涵。“双减”政策实施以来,各地课后服务工作取得了较大进展,但当前仍面临一些问题。需要政府、学校和全社会的共同努力,以课后服务工作为抓手,切实促进学生的全面发展和健康成长。学习并借鉴各国研究范式和实践经验,有助于进一步提升课后服务理论研究和实践育人水平以满足“双减”新要求。基于Web of Science核心合集数据库,确定1998-2021年以课后服务为主题的961篇英文文献为研究样本,运用Cite Space软件对术语和引文进行共现、聚类等计量和可视化分析,研读重要文献,将量化分析与质性解读相结合以探析国际课后服务研究热点:关注学生身心健康,开展课后干预实证研究;拓宽封闭服务场域,共建课后服务育人空间;关注服务师资队伍,彰显课后服务时代特点;分类研究特定人群,弥合课后服务质量差距。为我国课后服务提供研究启示和实践借鉴:凸显实证主义研究范式,强化课后服务循证评估;突破学校教育场域限制,彰显课后服务育人功能;信息技术赋能服务师资,引领课后服务方式变革;关注服务质量现有差距,推动课后服务均衡发展。 In recent years,after-school service has attracted nation-wide attention.Initially,after-school service was proposed to solve the"3:30 problem".However,the development of the times has given new connotation to after-school service.Since the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,great progress has been made in after-school service in various areas,but there are still some problems to be resolved.It needs the joint efforts of the government,schools and the whole society to focus on after-school service,so as to effectively promote the all-round development and healthy growth of students.Learning from research paradigm and practice experience of various countries will improve the research and practice of after-school service so as to meet the new requirement of"Double Reduction"policy.Based on Web of Science Core Collection Database,916 English documents from 1998 to 2021 with the theme of after-school service are selected as the research samples,the co-occurrence,clustering and other quantitative and visual analysis of term and citation are carried out with CiteSpace software and important documents are studied,combining quantitative analysis with qualitative interpretation,it is found that the hot spots in international after-school service researches include:pay attention to student’s physical and mental health and carry out empirical research on after-school intervention;broaden the closed service field and jointly construct after-school service education space;pay attention to service teachers and highlight the characteristics of the times of after-school service;classify and study specific groups and bridge the gap in terms of after-school service quality.This research provides enlightenment and practice reference for China’s after-school service as follows:highlight the positivist research paradigm and strengthen the evidence-based evaluation of after-school service;break through the limitation of school education field and highlight the education function of after-school service;use information technology to empower service teachers and to lead the reform of after-school service mode;pay attention to the existing gap in service quality and promote the balanced development of after-school service.
