摘要
[目的]探究全株青贮玉米对小尾寒羊日均增重、料肉比和肉品质等影响。[方法]选用健康、日龄((89±1)d)、体重((27.5±2.2)kg)相近的小尾寒羊40只,按品质差异分为2组(基础日粮组、全株青贮玉米组),每组20只,试验期65 d。[结果]与基础日粮组相比,全株青贮玉米组的日均增重显著提高19.42%、料重比显著降低13.67%,而2组的日均干物质采食量差异不显著。全株青贮玉米组的背最长肌GR值、剪切力、粗脂肪含量比基础日粮组分别显著降低了25.00%、20.56%、0.41个百分点,眼肌面积显著提高了23.20%,全株青贮玉米组的滴水损失率、蒸煮损失率、干物质含量、粗蛋白含量低于基础日粮组,但组间差异不显著。[结论]全株青贮玉米可以提高小尾寒羊的生长性能、改善其肉品质。
[Objectives]In order to explore the effects of whole silage maize based diet on daily average weight gain,feed meat ratio and meat quality of Small-tailed Han Sheep.[Methods]In this study,40 Small-tailed Han sheep with similar health,age(89±1)d and weight(27.5±2.2)kg were divided into two groups(basic diet group and whole silage maize group),with 20 sheep in each group.The test lasted 65 days.[Results]Compared with the basic diet group,the daily average weight gain of the whole silage maize group significantly increased by 19.43%(P<0.05)and the feed weight ratio decreased by13.67%(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in daily average dry matter intake between the two groups(P>0.05).The GR value,shear force and crude fat content of longissimus dorsi muscle in the whole silage maize group were 25.00%,20.56%and 0.41 percentage points lower than those in the basic diet group respectively(P<0.05),and the eye muscle area significantly increased by 23.20%(P<0.05).The dripping loss rate,cooking loss rate,dry matter content and crude protein content in the whole silage maize group were lower than those in the basic diet group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).[Conclusions]Whole silage maize plays a positive role in improving the growth performance and meat quality of Small-tailed Han sheep.
