黄贮、全株玉米青贮育肥杂交肉牛经济效益分析研究 被引量:17

Economic benefit analysis of corn stalk silage, corn silage in fattening the crossbreeding beef cattle

摘要 试验旨在研究不同玉米秸秆处理方式饲料配方对杂交肉牛的育肥性能的影响,选择52头体重相近(550.0±51.0)kg的杂交肉用公牛(西门塔尔牛)随机分为A组(对照组)、B组、C组、D组4个试验组,分别饲喂不同配方饲料,依次对应为黄贮+玉米组、黄贮+精料组、微生物青贮剂发酵黄贮+精料组、全株青贮+精料组,并根据饲料配方比例调整,将育肥试验分为29 d前期与32 d后期,即全期61 d。结果显示:试验前期以A组传统饲料配方增重效果最好,B组配方成本最低、利润最高;试验后期以D组育肥性能最佳,C组次之,均优于对照组与B组;全期综合分析,B组、C组、D组饲养成本均低于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01),D组平均利润明显高于其他组。该育肥试验结果表明,应用全株玉米青贮饲养肉牛在所获利润上处于明显优势,使用微生物青贮剂发酵能够显著提高黄贮的育肥性能,这为提高肉牛生产性能、增加养殖收入提供了候选饲料配方。 The test was to study effect of different cornstalk processing modes on fattening performance of crossbreeding cattle.Fifty-two crossbreeding beef cattle(Simmental),with body weights(550.00±51.0)kg,were randomly divided into four groups,which were the corn stalk silage plus corn grain diet group(control group A),the corn stalk silage plus concentrate mix diet group(group B),the corn stalk silage pretreated with‘Silage Inoculant Bacteria’plus concentrate mix diet group(group C)and the corn silage plus concentrate mix diet group(group D),respectively.The whole 61 d fattening period was divided into the first 29 d half and the second 32 d half according to the ingredient proportion of diet.The results showed that:in the first half of the fattening period,the control group gained the best fattening performance,while the group B had the lowest cost and the highest profits;in the second half of the fattening period,the group D gained the best fattening performance,and the group C was the second,which was better than the control group A and the group B;through the whole fattening period,the feeding cost of group B,C and D was lower than that of the control group.The differences were all extremely significant(P<0.01);for profits,group D was significantly higher than the control group and the other two groups.From the experiment,the corn silage provides obvious advantage in profits obtained for fattening beef cattle than the corn stalk silage,and the corn stalk silage pretreated with the‘Silage Inoculant Bacteria’could improve the fattening performance significantly than that of the corn stalk silage with no pretreating,by which providing a candidate diet for improving the fattening performance of beef cattle and increasing the breeding income thereafter.
