摘要
针对杂质离子影响离子交换树脂吸附分离镍钴的情况,使用IRC 748螯合树脂分离镍钴。研究了pH值、Fe^(2+)和Mg^(2+)对镍钴吸附容量的影响,解吸液pH值对镍钴镁脱附的影响以及树脂的再生性能。结果表明:适宜IRC 748螯合树脂吸附镍钴的pH值大于3;在pH值约为4时,溶液中Fe^(2+)浓度对镍钴吸附效果的影响大于Mg^(2+);镍铁的分离系数为0.437,镍镁的分离系数为2.426;树脂对Mg^(2+)的脱附优先于Ni^(2+)、Co^(2+);先采用1%硫酸溶液解吸镁,后采用10%硫酸溶液解吸镍和钴,可有效将镍钴和镁分离;树脂再生效果较好,经6次再生后,镍钴的吸附容量基本保持稳定。
In view of the situation that impurity ions affect the adsorption and separation of nickel and cobalt via ion exchange resin,IRC 748 chelating resin is used to separate nickel and cobalt.The effects of pH values,Fe^(2+)and Mg^(2+)on Ni-Co adsorption capacity,pH values of desorption solution on Ni-Co-Mg desorption,and regeneration performance of resin were studied.The results showed that the optimum pH value of IRC 748 chelate resin for nickel and cobalt adsorption was greater than 3.When the pH values was around 4,the concentration of Fe^(2+)in the solution had a greater effect on the adsorption of Ni and Co than that of Mg^(2+).The separation coefficient of Ni to Fe was 0.437 and that of Ni to Mg was 2.426.The desorption of Mg^(2+)by the resin was preceded that of Ni^(2+)and Co^(2+).The 1%sulfuric acid solution was used to desorb Mg first,followed by 10%sulfuric acid solution to desorb Ni and Co,which can effectively separate Ni and Co from Mg.The resin regeneration effect was well,and the adsorption capacity of Ni and Co remained basically stable after 6 regenerations.
