摘要
采用单液滴法测定了P570 9 煤油萃取Co(Ⅱ )、Ni(Ⅱ )的正向反应速率 ,并通过改变萃取剂浓度、温度以及水相料液的金属浓度、pH值和硫酸盐浓度 ,考察了诸因素对P570 9 煤油萃取Co(Ⅱ )、Ni(Ⅱ )速率的影响 .由实验结果推断 ,萃取动力学过程为二步界面化学反应控制机理 ,利用Co(Ⅱ )、Ni(Ⅱ )萃取速率的差异有望改善二者的分离效果 .
The extraction kinetics of Cobalt(Ⅱ) and Nickel(Ⅱ) with P5760 Kerosene,by single drop method were studied.The experiment results show that the extraction process in controlled by the following interfacial reactions:MA + (i) +HA (i) [FY(KN] k 2k-2 MA 2(i) +H + MA 2(i) +2HA (o) [FY(KN] k 3k-3 MA 2(o) +2HA (i) MA 2(i) +2HA (o) [FY(KN] k 3k-3 MA 2(o) +2HA (i) Where M represents Co and Ni.The separation Co(Ⅱ) Ni(Ⅱ) can be improved by the difference of their extraction rate.
