摘要
目的:观察超声熏洗对低位肛周脓肿术后创面愈合及疼痛的影响。方法:选取90例低位肛周脓肿患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。2组均实施低位肛周脓肿一次性根治术,术后进行常规换药及抗感染治疗。在此基础上,对照组术后给予高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴治疗,研究组术后给予超声熏洗治疗,2组均连续治疗14 d。比较2组临床疗效、创面愈合情况、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果:研究组总有效率91.11%,高于对照组75.56%(P<0.05)。研究组创面腐肉掉落时间、创面干燥时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3 d、7 d、10 d,研究组VAS评分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率4.44%,与对照组11.11%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于低位肛周脓肿术后患者,给予超声熏洗治疗可有效缩短创面愈合时间,缓解疼痛。
Objective:To observe the effect of ultrasonic fumigation and washing on wound healing and pain after surgery for low perianal abscess. Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with low perianal abscess were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given one-time radical surgery for low perianal abscess,and given routine medicine-changing and anti-infective treatment after surgery. The control group was additionally given sitz bath treatment with fumigation and washing of potassium permanganate solution, and the study group was treated with ultrasonic fumigation and washing. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical effects,wound healing condition,pain degree and incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 91.11% in the study group,higher than that of 75.56% in the control group(P<0.05). The falling time of slough in wound,the drying time of wound,the healing time of wound in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). One day after surgery, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) between the two groups(P>0.05). Three,seven and ten days after surgery,the VAS scores in the study group were lower than those at the same day in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 4.44% in the study group,compared with that of 11.11% in the control group,there was no significant difference being found(P>0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of ultrasonic fumigation and washing for patients after surgery for low perianal abscess can effectively shorten the healing time of wound,relieve pain and reduce the occurrence of complications after surgery.
