摘要
肛周脓肿为当前发病率较高的肛肠科疾病之一,其目前首选的临床治疗方式依旧为手术治疗,但是患者在进行手术治疗后产生的创面会受到较多因素的影响进而引起并发症,对患者带来严重负面影响。而我国传统中医学中关于肛肠疾病的治疗具有悠久发展历史,出于探索中医疗法在肛周脓肿术后患者创面愈合过程中所具有的作用效果这一目的,对近几年相关研究文献进行综述,希望能够为相关研究提供一定参考。
Perianal abscess is one of the anorectal diseases with high morbidity, and its current preferred clinical treatment is still surgery, but the wounds produced by patients after surgery will be affect-ed by many factors. This can lead to complications, which can have a serious negative impact on pa-tients. The treatment of anorectal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in my country has a long history of development. For the purpose of exploring the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the wound healing process of patients with perianal abscess, this paper reviews the relevant re-search literature in recent years, hoping to provide some reference for related research.
