摘要
目的:比较混合痔术后患者应用中药苦槐熏洗剂与聚维酮碘熏洗的疗效。方法:选取2021年2月至2021年5月我院中西医结合肛肠科收治的混合痔术后患者162例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各81例,取出肛门敷料后,两组均在肛周多功能熏洗仪上进行肛门熏洗,观察组用苦槐熏洗剂,对照组用聚维酮碘稀释液,将两组患者术后切口疼痛、肛缘水肿、便血、切口分泌物、切口感染进行对比。结果:观察组术后第2天、第3天、第7天切口疼痛、肛缘水肿、便血、切口分泌物明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而在切口感染方面两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苦槐熏洗剂在混合痔术后进行肛门熏洗相比聚维酮碘而言,可以减轻术后疼痛,减少肛缘水肿、便血、切口分泌物的发生。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of Kuhuai Fumigation Lotion and Povidone Iodine fumigation for postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids operation.Methods:162 postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids in anorectal department of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from February 2021 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group with 81 cases in each group.After taking out the anal dressing,both groups were given anal fumigation on perianal multifunctional fumigation apparatus.The observation group was given Kuhuai Fumigation,and the controlled group was given Povidone Iodine Diluent.The incision pain,perianal edema,hematochezia,incision secretion and incision infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The incision pain,perianal edema,hematochezia and incision secretion of the observation group were significantly better than those of the controlled group on the 2,3and 7day after hemorrhoidectomy(P<0.05),but in incision infection there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Povidone Iodine,Kuhuai Fumigation Lotion can reduce postoperative pain,anal edema,hematochezia and incision secretion.
