摘要
文章介绍了秦艳虹教授运用通法治疗小儿肺系疾病的临床经验。秦艳虹教授以《黄帝内经》为立论根源,结合历代医家关于通法的不同阐释以及自身多年的儿科临床经验,不断将理论与临床相互印证,凝练出了以通法治疗小儿肺系疾病的学术思想。秦艳虹教授以小儿的“气通、血通、便通”为治疗目的,认为三者一通则“五脏元真通畅”,百脉调达,宣肃如常,病自向愈,临证每多效验,为临床治疗小儿肺系疾病提供了一种行之有效的新思路。
This paper introduces Professor QIN Yanhong’s clinical experience in treating children’s pulmonary diseases by the dredging therapy.Based on Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),Professor Qin Yanhong combined the theory of general method and her own clinical experience,and put forward the academic thought of treating children’s pulmonary diseases by the dredging therapy.Professor QIN Yanhong thought that“Qi(气)patency,blood patency,and stool patency”in children was for the purpose of treatment.The patency of Qi,blood,and stool leads to five Zang(五脏)patency,and then the disease will be cured.The curative effect is good,and it provides a new idea for clinical treatment of pediatric pulmonary diseases.
