摘要
总结秦艳虹教授治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻的临证经验。认为小儿脾本虚、饮食不节导致小儿脾困湿胜不运是小儿发生脾虚泄的主要病因病机。治疗以温脾助运,祛风化湿为大法,临证常用自拟方温脾止泻汤加减治疗,同时注重内外合治、生活调摄。
This paper summarized Professor Qin Yanhong’s clinical experience in treating children diarrhea.It is believed that spleen deficiency and overeating are the root pathogenesis of children diarrhea,while Spleen deficiency and pathogenic dampness are the most common the etiology of children diarrhea.Accordingly,the methods of Warmthe Spleen and promote transportation and transformation,dispelling wind and dampness were attached importance to.In the clinical practice,self-made prescriptions Wenpi Zhixie Decoction were commonly used to Spleen deficiency diarrhea in children,and the formulas were modified according to the syndrome differentiation.Additionally,Internal-External Combined Treatment should be focused on,and the lifestyle habits should be appropriately adjusted.
