摘要
中泰铁路是泰国第1条标准轨高速铁路,是我国“一带一路”倡议中泛亚铁路的重要组成部分,也是东南亚走廊的核心工程之一。在中国铁路“走出去”战略中,紧密围绕我国铁路企业的实际需求,深入调研泰国的知识产权法律,全面检索泰国境内的铁路专利,从专利申请趋势、专利类型、专利数量、专利申请人等方面对泰国铁路专利现状进行分析。在专利检索的基础上分析研究我国铁路企业在泰国存在的知识产权风险,并提出知识产权保护建议,为服务我国铁路企业顺利推进海外项目提供支撑和参考。
As the first high speed railway with standard gauge in Thailand,China-Thailand Railway is a significant part of the Trans-Asian Railway in China’s the“Belt and Road”Initiative,as well as one of the core projects of the Southeast Asia Corridor.In alignment with the“go global”strategy of China’s railway and focusing on the actual needs of China’s railway enterprises,this paper conducts in-depth research on Thailand’s intellectual property laws,comprehensively searches the railway patents of Thailand,and analyzes the current situation of Thailand railway patents in terms of application trend,technical composition,important applicants,etc.On the basis of patent retrieval,this paper analyzes the intellectual property risks for China’s railway enterprises in Thailand,and proposes the suggestions on intellectual property protection,which provides support and reference for China’s railway enterprises to smoothly promote overseas projects.
