摘要
围绕装备制造业,将山西省与东部发达地区的专利申请量和授权量进行比较,并从专利申请人、专利分类、区域分布等角度分析山西省的有效专利情况。针对存在的问题提出加强政策引导、支持自主创新、注重品牌建设、构建人才保障平台等对策建议。
Focusing on the equipment manufacturing industry,the number is compared of patent applications and authorizations between Shanxi Province and the eastern developed regions,the effective patent situation of Shanxi Province is analyzed from the perspectives of patent applicants,patent classification and regional distribution.In view of the existing problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening policy guidance,supporting independent innovation,paying attention to brand construction and building talent guarantee platform.
