摘要
桑黄属于珍贵的药食两用菌,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抑菌、降血糖、降血脂等药用价值,其富含多种化学成分,如多糖、黄酮、香豆素、麦角甾醇、三萜类、生物碱及多酚等,其中多糖是桑黄发挥抗肿瘤作用的重要活性物质,该文综合近年来国内外有关桑黄多糖的提取、分离纯化、化学结构及其药理作用等方面的研究进展进行系统阐述,为桑黄多糖的进一步开发和合理应用提供科学参考。
Phellinus igniarius belongs to the precious medicine-food fungus,which has the medicinal value of anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,bacteriostatic,hypoglycemic,hypidemia and so on.It is rich in a variety of chemical components,such as polysaccharide,flavonoids,coumarin,ergosterol,triterpenoids,alkaloids and polyphenols,among which polysaccharide is the important active substance for phellinus igniarius to play the anti-tumor effect.In this paper,the research progress on the extraction,isolation and purification,chemical structure and pharmacological action of polysaccharides from phellinus igniarius was reviewed,which could provide scientific reference for further development and rational application of polysaccharides from phellinus igniarius.
