摘要
选用柬埔寨的桑黄水提其多糖,通过单因素和L9(34)正交试验找出最佳提取工艺条件,测定桑黄粗多糖的抗氧化活性。结果表明,其最佳多糖提取工艺条件为:料液比1:18、提取温度90℃、提取时间8h,在此工艺条件下获得的桑黄粗多糖通过抗氧化试验被证明具有较好的抗氧化活性。
The Phellinus linteus from Cambodia was taken as research object, which was optimized with mono-factor analysis and L9(34) orthogonal test. The antioxidation of the crude polysaccharides from Phellinus linteus extracted by hot water were determined. The results of the study showed that the optimal experimental parameters by hot water method and verification test were: the solid-liquid ratio was 1:18, the temperature 90 %, extraction time 8 h. The crude polysaccharides obtained from the optimum conditions of extraction technology were proved to have a strong antioxidant activity by antioxidant test.
