摘要
采用两种功能性材料进行艾草精油/石墨烯多功能棉针织内衣面料开发,设计了一步法复合整理(记为W-1)与两步法复合整理(记为W-2),然后进行多功能织物的整理,对整理前后织物的形貌分析发现两种整理方法都成功将功能性材料处理在织物上。对织物的抗菌性及远红外性能测试发现W-1织物的抑菌性能与远红外性能更优异;经20次、50次洗涤后测试抗菌性及远红外性能发现两种织物均具有较好的洗涤耐久性;对织物厚度、透气、透湿与顶破强力等服用性能测试,发现经功能整理后的织物各性能的变化率都较小,基本不影响服用性能。
The wormwood essential oil/graphene multifunctional cotton knitted underwear fabric was developed with two functional materials.Two composite finishing processes were designed,which were one-step composite finishing(W-1)and two-step composite finishing(W-2).After finishing the multifunctional fabric and analyzing the morphologies of the fabric before and after finishing,it was found that both two finishing methods successfully processed the functional materials into the fabric.The antibacterial and far-infrared performance tests of the fabrics showed that the antibacterial and far-infrared properties of the W-1 fabric were more excellent,after 20 and 50 washes,the antibacterial and far-infrared properties of the two fabrics were tested and it was found that both fabrics had better washing durability.The wear characteristics such as fabric thickness,air permeability,moisture permeability and bursting strength were tested,and the results showed that the change rate of each performance of the fabric after functional finishing was small,which basically did not affect the wearabilities.
