摘要
选择纯棉中支竹节纱,设计合理的竹节工艺参数和织物规格参数,搭配不同深浅的蓝色经、纬纱,并对织部各生产工序进行技术工艺控制,最终设计开发出既具有很强穿着舒适性又有古朴自然、素净无华风格的纯棉仿麻风格休闲衬衫面料。该面料非常符合现代人崇尚自然、返璞归真、简单快乐的生活理念。
The pure cotton medium count slub yarn was selected,and reasonable slub process parameters and fabric specification parameters were designed,then different shades of blue warp and weft yarn were matched In addition,the technical process control is carried out for each production process of the weaving department.Finally,the pure cotton imitation hemp casual shirt fabric with strong wearing comfort,simple,natural and plain style is designed and developed.The fabric is in line with modern people′s life philosophy of advocating nature,returning to nature,simplicity and happiness.
