摘要
                
                    针对壳聚糖存在广谱抗菌性较差的问题,通过曼尼希反应将扁柏酚(HT)接枝到壳聚糖(CS)上,制备天然环保的扁柏酚-壳聚糖(HTCS)抗菌剂。经过浸轧对棉织物进行整理,考察整理过程中HTCS抗菌剂与柠檬酸质量比、整理液浓度、浴比、浸渍温度以及浸渍时间对整理棉织物抗菌性能的影响,并对整理棉织物的拉伸性能、手感、亲水性能等物理性能进行测试。结果表明,HTCS整理棉织物的优化浸渍工艺为:HTCS 18.8%,柠檬酸1.2%,浸渍温度90℃,浴比1∶30,浸渍时间10 min。与CS和HT整理的棉织物相比,HTCS整理的棉织物对大肠杆菌的细菌减少率分别提高约90%、27%;对金黄色葡萄球菌的细菌减少率分别提升约58%、39%。同时,整理棉织物基本保留了原织物的拉伸性能、手感等物理性能,亲水性能也得到提高,并且具备良好的耐洗性,符合国家B类纺织品标准,安全无害。
                
                To solve the problem of the poor broad-spectrum antibacterial property of chitosan,a natural hinokitiol-grafted-chitosan(HTCS)antibacterial agent was prepared by grafting of hinokitiol(HT)onto chitosan(CS)through Mannich reaction.The cotton fabric was treated by padding.The effects of the mass ratio of antibacterial agent and citric acid,concentration of finishing solution,bath ratio,impregnating temperature and time on the antibacterial property of the treated fabric were studied.Its physical properties were tested,such as tensile,hand parameters and so on.The results showed that the optimal impregnating process of the treated fabric using HTCS as antibacterial agent was HTCS 18.8%and citric acid 1.2%under the bath ratio 1∶30 at90℃for 10 min.Compared with the fabrics treated with CS and HT,the bacterial reduction rate of the treated fabric against Escherichia coli using HTCS as antibacterial agent increased by approximately 90%and 27%,the bacterial reduction rate against Staphylococcus aureus increased by about 58%and 39%.The treated cotton fabric basically retained the original physical properties such as tensile and handle,and had better hydrophilicity and excellent washing fastness.In addition,the treated fabric conformed to the national standard of class B textiles.
