摘要
本文基于董事在关联行业任职(DRIs)的数据,考察产业链信息溢出给企业全要素生产率带来的影响。研究结果表明,DRIs增强了上市公司的产业链信息优势,通过驱动企业创新提高了全要素生产率。董事在关联行业担任非独立董事或管理层更有利于促进全要素生产率的提升;当上市公司对产业链信息需求更高时,DRIs的作用更强。进一步检验发现,良好的外部治理机制是DRIs发挥产业链信息优势的保障。DRIs具有产业协同作用,可以实现产业链全要素生产率的提升。本文为剖析产业链信息如何实现融通提供了新视角,对探索产业链现代化水平发展路径提供了新思路。
Using China’s input-output tables and the TianYanCha software,this paper manually sorts out the data of directors from related industries(DRIs)of listed companies to examine the impact of industry chain information spillover on the total factor productivity of enterprises.It is found that DRIs enhanced the industry chain information advantage of listed companies,and improved total factor productivity by driving the level of enterprise innovation.Besides,when directors serve as non-independent directors or management in related industries,it is more conducive to promoting the improvement of total factor productivity;while when listed companies have a higher demand for information in the industrial chain,the role of DRIs is stronger.Further tests indicate that a good external governance mechanism is the guarantee for DRIs to play the industry chain information advantage.Moreover,DRIs have industrial synergy,which can improve the total factor productivity of the industry chain.This paper provides a new perspective for analyzing how to realize the integration of industry chain information,and provides new ideas for exploring the development path of the modernization level of the industry chain.
