不同管道冲洗方案对口腔综合治疗台水路污染影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:调查口腔诊疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWLs)污染情况,探索不同的水路冲洗方案对细菌量的影响。方法:采集邯郸市5所综合性医院口腔科、5所口腔专科医院和5所社区口腔诊所3类口腔医疗机构的口腔综合治疗台(DCU)水源水、三用枪水、高速手机水和漱口水水样,对比不同DUWLs水样污染情况;以邯郸市中心医院DCU为采样点,对比开诊前及开诊间各水样的细菌污染情况。结果:3类口腔医疗机构DUWLs水样合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(x^(2)=0.461,P>0.05)。开诊前第1杯水的冲水量去除漱口水中细菌效率最佳;三用枪冲洗40 s,冲水量6 ml时除菌效果最佳;开诊前水速一定时高速手机冲水150 s,冲水量6 ml时除菌效果最佳,冲水时长一定时高速手机在水压0.3 MPa+冲水量8 ml或水压0.4 MPa+冲水量6 ml时除菌效果最佳。开诊间水压一定高速手机冲水20 s,冲水量10 ml时除菌效果最佳;水压最大时,检测细菌减少,冲水20 s,冲水量6 ml时除菌效果最佳。结论:提出保证最佳除菌效果的DCU冲水速度、时长及冲水量的最低标准,作为临床DCUWLs冲洗的最低标准供临床实践参考。 Objective:To investigate the pollution of dental unit water lines(DUWLs)in various dental treatment institutions and to explore the influence of different water lines flushing schemes on the quantity of bacteria.Methods:Water samples of dental chair unit(DCU)source water,three-purpose gun water,high-speed dental turbine handpieces water and mouthwash water in the department of stomatology of general hospital,hospital of stomatology and community dental clinic in Handan were collected and the pollution of different water samples was compared.Taking DCU of Handan Central Hospital as the sampling site,the bacterial contaminationof each water samplebefore and during the operation was compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of water samples in various dental treatment institutions(x^(2)=0.461,P>0.05).The flushing of the first glass of water before opening the clinic was most effective in removing the bacteria from the mouthwash.Three-purpose gun flushing for 40 seconds with 6 ml of water was the best in sterilization effect.Before the opening the clinic,the water speed was constant and the high-speed dental turbine handpieces flushing for 150 seconds with the flushing volume of 6 ml for the best sterilization effect.For a certain flushing time,the high-speed dental turbine handpiece had the best sterilization efficiency when the water pressure was 0.4 MPa plus the flushing volume of 6 ml or the water pressure of 0.3 MPa plus the flushing volume of 8 ml.During the operation of the clinic,the water pressure was certain and the high-speed dental turbine handpieces flushing for 20 seconds with 10 ml of water was the best in sterilization efficiency,when the water pressure was the highest,the bacteria detected was reduced,and the sterilization efficiency was the best when flushing 6 ml of water for 20 seconds.Conclusion:The minimum standard for DCU flushing speed,duration and flushing volume to ensure the best sterilization effect is proposed as the minimum standard for clinical DCUWLs flushing for clinical practice reference.
