摘要
随着经济的发展和科技的进步,高等教育对人才培养和技术进步的推动作用越来越显著,基于“新工科”理念下培养地方应用型工程技术人才也越来越重要。以“新能源材料与应用”课程为例,就更新“新工科”理念下的课程体系、构建协同育人机制和融合专业发展方向等方面对专业人才培养路径进行了探索与实践,对提高地方应用型高校“新工科”理念下的人才培养质量,同时为未来经济发展提供人才支撑,也能够为其他地方应用型高校“新工科”人才培养提供了参考和借鉴。
With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, high education plays a significant role in promoting talent training and technological progress. Taking “New Energy Materials and Application” as an example, the optimization of talents training target, update the concept of “new engineering” of curriculum system, the construction of cooperative education mechanism and integration professional development direction of professional personnel training path, have carried on the exploration and practice, in order to improve the local applied in colleges and universities under the new engineering concept of talent training quality. In the meantime, it can provide talent support for the future economic development and provide reference for the training of “new engineering” talents in other local application oriented universities.
