摘要
针对某车型前大灯灯罩双色塑件,采用倒装模的模具方案,设计了一副双色注塑模具;该双色模第一射注射成型双色塑件的白色塑件产品,第二射注射成型双色塑件的黑色塑件产品。为实现该前大灯灯罩双色模的成型,在第一射白色塑件子模具的动模型腔侧设计了斜顶机构,通过斜顶机构将注射成型后的白色塑件产品留在动模型腔内;在第二射黑色塑件子模具的定模和动模侧分别设计了顶出机构,在黑色塑件子模具注塑完成进行开模运动的过程中,利用油缸驱动黑色塑件子模具的动模型腔侧斜顶机构随开模动作一起同步运动,实现双色塑件在动模型腔侧倒扣结构的脱模成型,并同时将双色塑件最终留在黑色塑件子模具的定模上,最后通过黑色塑件子模具定模型芯侧的顶出机构将双色塑件顶出,并通过机械手完成对双色塑件的取件;同时在黑色塑件子模具的定模型芯侧还设计了隧道抽芯机构,通过隧道抽芯机构实现对与模具主出模方向不一致的黑色塑件产品倒扣结构的脱模成型。实践证明,该倒装双色模具结构稳定可靠,塑件质量满足设计要求。
Aiming at the two-color plastic parts of the headlamp lampshade of a certain model,a two-color injection mold was designed by using the reverse mold scheme.The two-color mold first injection molding two-color plastic parts of white plastic products,the second injection molding two-color plastic parts of black plastic products.In order to realize the molding of the two-color mold of the headlamp lampshade,a inclined top mechanism was designed at the side of the moving model cavity of the first injection white plastic mold,and the white plastic product after injection molding was left in the moving model cavity through the inclined top mechanism.Ejector mechanism was designed respectively on the fixed and moving die sides of the second injection black plastic parts mold.In the process of molding the black plastic mold,the moving model cavity side inclined top mechanism of the black plas-tic mold driven by the oil cylinder moved synchronously with the opening action to achieve the demoulding molding of the two-color plastic parts in the moving model cavity side inverted structure,and at the same time,the two-color plastic parts were finally left on the fixed mold of the black plastic parts.Finally,through the ejection mechanism of the core side of the black plastic mold,the two-color plastic parts were ejected,and the two-color plastic parts were taken by the manipulator.At the same time,a tunnel core pulling mechanism was also designed in the black plastic mold fixed model core side,Through the tunnel core-pulling mechanism,the demoulding molding of the upside-down structure of the black plastic product that was inconsistent with the main ejection direction of the mold was realized.The practice proves that the structure of the inverted two-color mold is stable and reliable,and the quality of plastic parts meets the design requirements.
