摘要
根据笔记本电脑面板塑件的结构特点,采用动定模倒装模具结构、5点热流道直浇口从塑件内部进料以及采用斜顶及斜导柱侧向抽芯成型倒扣设计,有效地解决了塑件成型可能出现的质量问题。
The structural features of the notebook computer cover are thin shell, the flat outer surface of a large area, the complex inner surface with large number of concaves. For ensuring the quality of the plastic parts, the moving and fixed mould flip-mold structure, five-point hot runner sprue into internal plastic parts, and the slant and oblique guide pillar side core molding upside down design were applied.
