摘要
通过对汽车前照灯灯罩的结构和工艺性分析,设计出了实用的模具结构,定模采用拉钩带动滑块,在弹簧弹力的作用下,通过斜导柱导向抽芯,动模设计二次分型内部抽芯,并对模具结构设计中的要点和难点进行了介绍。
