摘要
通过反复试验,发现养护条件对聚合物水泥防水涂料试件的无处理拉伸性能试验结果影响较大;建议GB/T 23445—2009《聚合物水泥防水涂料》标准修订时增加对试件养护的具体规定“(23±2)℃下在干燥器中冷却10 min至室温,然后立即进行无处理拉伸性能试验”,以保证试验结果的一致性。
Through repeated tests,it is found that curing conditions have a great influence on the test results of untreated tensile property of polymer cement waterproofing coating specimens.It is recommended to add the specific provisions on specimen curing when revising the standard GB/T 23445-2009“Polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproofing coating”,that is“at(23±2)℃,cool in a dryer for 10 minutes to room temperature,and then immediately conduct the untreated tensile property test”to ensure the consistency of test results.
