摘要
                
                    新型盲铆自锁螺母在锁紧性能试验中数据波动较大,通过对盲铆自锁螺母的安装形式、结构和试验过程进行受力分析,找出了问题的主要原因是:试验工装夹具设计不合理、紧固件在试验过程中出现螺纹损坏以及同轴度偏差较大。为此设计了一种既符合标准要求,又能提高该螺母锁紧性能试验准确性的免安装试验工装夹具,可为其他的标准件试验夹具的设计提供思路。
                
                The data of the new blind rivet self-locking nut fluctuated greatly in the locking performance test.The installation form,structure and stress in the test process of blind rivet self-locking nut were analyzed,the main problems were found that the unreasonable design of the test fixture,the thread damage of the fastener in the test process and the large coaxiality deviation.Therefore,a non-installation test fixture was designed,which not only met the standard requirements,but also improved the accuracy of the nut locking performance test,which could provide ideas for the design of other standard test fixtures.
