摘要
研究了VAE与S400乳液复掺对用于屋面的水泥(JS)防水涂料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,在无处理方式下,随着S400乳液掺量的降低,JS防水涂料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别呈阶梯式上升和下降。在不同老化状态时,JS防水涂料的拉伸性能呈现出不同的变化规律。其中,较之其他复掺体系,90%的JS防水涂料在耐热和耐紫外线下的拉伸强度最高,虽然其断裂伸长率有所下降,但7 d的断裂伸长率仍保持在80%以上。结合工程实际需求,本实验中S400乳液复掺10%VAE涂料体系的综合性能较为优异,其各项性能指标均符合GB/T 23445—2009《聚合物水泥防水涂料》中Ⅱ型标准指标的要求,较宜用来配制强度高的JS防水涂料。
The influence of VAE and S400 emulsion blending on tensile properties of cement(JS)waterproof coatings for roofs was studied.The results show that under no treatment,with decrease of S400 emulsion blending,the tensile strength and elongation at break of JS waterproof coatings increased and decreased step by step.Under different aging conditions,the tensile properties of JS waterproof coatings show different change patterns.Compared with other composite systems,the tensile strength of 90%JS waterproof coatings is the highest under the conditions of heat resistance and UV resistance.Although the elongation at break is lower,the 7-day elongation at break remains above 80%.In combination with actual needs of projects,the comprehensive performance of the coatings system of S400 emulsion blended with 10%VAE is excellent.All the performance indicators meet the requirements of Type II standard indicators in GB/T 23445—2009 Polymer-modified Cement Compounds for Waterproofing Membrane.It is suitable for preparing JS waterproof coatings with high strength.
